    • There is an "E. R. Broiles" listed as living with George W. Richardson and his wife, Elizabeth, on 14 June, 1860 in Louisville, Winston, Mississippi. There is no proof that this is "our" Erasmus R. Broyles;" however, George Washington Richardson was his uncle, the younger brother of his mother Martha M. Richardson Broyles; so it seems most likely that this is he.
